Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

International Note: We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. Customs fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Just as you fine-tune your arrow rests, we’ve refined our return process for maximum efficiency. Our 15-day policy ensures you can shop with confidence for all your archery needs.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fletched arrows (potential damage during test firing)
  • Custom-configured compound bow packages
  • Opened bowfishing rests with water exposure signs

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with RMA number
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Returns: Send to our California facility via trackable method (customer pays return shipping)
Pro Tip: Consider shipping insurance for high-value items like compound bows – we can’t be responsible for transit damage.
